Puthukulangara Sri Durgadevi Temple is situated in the village of Cheruthana, approximately 2.6 kilometers from Karuvata. Pudukulangara Shri Durga Devi, who resides in Cheruthana village, is regarded as the Goddess of the land, and Bhagavathy is honored as the mother of Cheruthana Village.
Pudukkulangara Durga Devi Temple is a sacred sanctuary where the revered goddess Parashakti Durga and Sri Bhadrakali reside along with other sub-deities. The goddess’s presence here symbolizes the trinity of nature that encircles the universe and serves as a cornerstone of spiritual unity.
