Sri Erattakulangara Devi Temple, located at Pallippat in the Haripad block of Alappuzha district, is a centuries-old shrine dedicated to Goddess Devi.
All special days associated with Goddess Devi are celebrated with great devotion at the Sri Erattakulangara Devi Temple. Notable festivities include Navaratri Puja, Durgashtami, Poojaveyppu, Mandalakalam, Karthikavilakku in the month of Vrischikam, and Makaravilakku in Makaram. Vijayadashami is particularly significant, as many children visit the temple to begin their Vidyarambham.
The month of Karkitaka is observed as Ramayana month, with daily Ramayana recitations held in the temple. Additionally, Ashtadravya Mahaganapati Homam is conducted on Vinayaka Chaturthi day, adding to the spiritual fervor.
