Kalarikkal Annapurneshwari Temple is one of the prominent temples dedicated to Goddess Anna Poorneshwari.
Access to the temple is limited to Jhankar and ferry services. To reach Perumbalam Island, visitors can take the Panavalli Perumbalam ferry from the Alappuzha side or the Poothota ferry from the Tripunithura side. Once on the island, various road transport options are available.
The principal deity worshipped here is Sri Annapurneshwari Devi.
Additionally, there are distinct shrines for Sri Bhadrakali Devi and Sri Balabhadra Devi. The temple also features sub-deities, including Sri Mullaikal Bhagavathy, Sri Vettaikkorumakan, Sri Dharmatasastav, Sri Bhairavan, Sri Yakshi, Gandharva, Sri Arukolaswamy, and various Naga Gods. The administrative responsibilities of the temple are managed by the Perumbalam Chuvvodath Family Trust.

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ വേമ്പനാട് കായലിനാൽ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട മനോഹര ദ്വീപാണ് പെരുമ്പളം, ഇവിടെ ഏകദേശം 30 ഓളം ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളുണ്ട്. ഈ ദ്വീപിൽ അന്നപൂർണ്ണേശ്വരിക്കായി സമർപ്പിച്ച പ്രധാന ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് കളരിക്കൽ അന്നപൂർണ്ണേശ്വരി ക്ഷേത്രം. ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെത്താൻ ജങ്കാർ, ഫെറി എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രധാന ഗതാഗത മാർഗങ്ങൾ. ആലപ്പുഴ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് പാണാവള്ളി പെരുമ്പളം ഫെറി വഴിയും തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് പൂത്തോട്ട ഫെറിയും ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ദ്വീപിലെത്താം.
പ്രധാന പ്രതിഷ്ഠയായ ശ്രീ അന്നപൂർണ്ണേശ്വരി ദേവിയോടൊപ്പം ശ്രീ ഭദ്രകാളി ദേവിയുടെയും ശ്രീ ബാലഭദ്രാ ദേവിയുടെയും പ്രത്യേക ശ്രീകോവിലുകൾ ഉണ്ട്. കൂടാതെ, ഉപദേവതകളായി ശ്രീ മുല്ലയ്ക്കൽ ഭഗവതി, ശ്രീ വേട്ടയ്ക്കൊരുമകൻ, ശ്രീ ധർമ്മശാസ്താവ്, ശ്രീ ഭൈരവൻ, ശ്രീ യക്ഷി, ഗന്ധർവ്വൻ, ശ്രീ അറുകൊലസ്വാമി, നാഗ ദേവതകൾ എന്നിവയുടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠകളും കാണാം. 2016 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിലാണ് പുനഃപ്രതിഷ്ഠാ ചടങ്ങുകൾ നടന്നത്. പെരുമ്പളം ചുവ്വോടത്ത് കുടുംബ ട്രസ്റ്റാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ ഭരണകാര്യങ്ങൾ നോക്കുന്നത്.
