Koipallikarazhma Devi Temple Perungala Alappuzha

Each year, the festival commences on the first day of the Kumbham month and lasts for eight days, taking place on both sides of the temple. The Anpoli festivals, organized independently by each 'karakkar,' hold significant importance. Subsequently, on the Revathi day of the Meenam month, the Ketkukazhcha Mahotsav is celebrated, which is regarded as the goddess's most cherished festival.

Kettukazhcha, which are elevated to great heights and hoisted by the 'karakkar' after a week of diligent effort, reach the temple accompanied by theevetti, thalapoli, and chenda melam. Additionally, smaller Kettukazhcha, crafted by the child devotees of Amma, also arrive at the temple amidst festivities. The Shiva temple located within the premises holds significant importance, as it hosts the annual bull festival on Shivaratri, honoring 'Nandi,' the beloved vehicle of the deity.

കൊയ്പ്പള്ളികാരാണ്മ ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രം

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ മാവേലിക്കരയിൽ, ചെട്ടികുളങ്ങര ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് സമീപം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളോളം പഴക്കമുള്ള ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് കൊയ്പ്പള്ളികാരാണ്മ ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രം. മാവേലിക്കരയിൽ നിന്നും ഏഴു കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം. ശക്തി സ്വരൂപിണിയായ കൊയ്പ്പള്ളിഅമ്മയാണ് നാടിന്റെ സർവ്വൈശ്വര്യങ്ങൾക്കു പിന്നിലെ ശക്തി എന്ന് ഭക്തർ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നു.

എല്ലാ വർഷവും കുംഭമാസത്തിലെ ഒന്നാം തീയതി ആരംഭിച്ച് എട്ടുദിവസം നീളുന്ന ഉത്സവം ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ഇരുകരകളുടെ സംയോജനത്തോടെ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു. ഇരുകരക്കാരുടെ പ്രത്യേകമായി നടത്തുന്ന അൻപൊലി മഹോത്സവങ്ങൾ വളരെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ടവയാണ്. പിന്നീട് മീനമാസത്തിലെ രേവതി നാളിൽ ദേവിക്ക് ഏറ്റവും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട കെട്ടുകാഴ്ച മഹോത്സവം നടക്കുന്നു.

ഇരുകരക്കാരുടെ കഠിനപ്രയത്നത്താൽ ഒരാഴ്ച നീളുന്ന കെട്ടുകാഴ്ചകൾ ഉയരത്തിൽ എത്തുന്നു, ഇവ തീവെട്ടിയുടെയും, താലപ്പൊലിയുടെയും, ചെണ്ട മേളകളുടെയും അകമ്പടിയോടെ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ എത്തുന്നു. കൂടാതെ അമ്മയുടെ കുഞ്ഞു ഭക്തർ കെട്ടുന്ന ചെറിയ കെട്ടുകാഴ്ചകളും ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ആഘോഷത്തോടെ എത്തുന്നു. ശിവക്ഷേത്രം ഇവിടെ വലിയ പ്രാധാന്യം അർഹിക്കുന്നു, ദേവന്റെ ഇഷ്ടവാഹനമായ നന്ദിയുടെ പ്രതീകമായ കാളകെട്ടുത്സവവും ഇവിടെ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.
