ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ലക്ഷാർച്ചനയോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് നടന്ന യജ്ഞശാലയിൽ പൂജിച്ച ശേഷം വൃക്ഷത്തൈകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയായിരുന്നു. ആയിരത്തിലധികം തൈകൾ നൽകപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗ്രീൻവെയിൽ, പി.കെ. വൃക്ഷവിള ഫൗണ്ടേഷൻ തുടങ്ങിയ സംഘടനകൾ ഈ വൃക്ഷത്തൈകൾ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്ക് എത്തിച്ചേർത്തു. നെല്ലി, മാതളം, മാവ്, പ്ലാവ്, സപ്പോർട്ട, മഹാഗണി തുടങ്ങിയ വിവിധ വൃക്ഷതൈകൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
