Payipad Mahadeva temple is situated along the Haripad - Veeyapuram road in Payipad, within the Alappuzha district of Kerala. This sacred site is devoted to Mahadevar, also known as Shiva.
The temple features a chathura sreekovil that is adorned with gold plating. The principal deity is oriented towards the east. Additionally, there are shrines dedicated to upa devatas, with Sri Krishna being the primary upa devata venerated at this site. The temple commemorates Mahashivratri, and Pongala is offered in honor of the Devi. Another significant festival celebrated here is Ashtami Rohini. The shrine also observes Pradosham and Ekadashi, along with other festivals such as Vishu, Ramayana Masam, Navratri, and Thrikarthika.

ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ ഹരിപ്പാട് - വീയപുരം റോഡിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന പായിപ്പാട് മഹാദേവ ക്ഷേത്രം, ഹരിപ്പാട് KSRTC ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡിൽ നിന്നും 6.5 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ്. ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം മഹാദേവനുവേണ്ടിയാണ് സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്, പ്രധാന ആരാധനാ മൂർത്തികൾ മഹാദേവനും പാർവ്വതിയും ആണ്.
ദർശനം കിഴക്കോട്ടാണ്. പായിപ്പാട് ശിവപാർവ്വതി ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ദർശനം നടത്തുന്നത്, ഭക്തർ പറയുന്നതുപോലെ, ജീവിതത്തിൽ കീർത്തിയും ഐശ്വര്യവും നേടാൻ സഹായകമാണ്. പ്രദേശവാസികൾക്കിടയിൽ ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം വളരെ പ്രശസ്തമാണ്. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ സ്വർണ്ണം പൂശിയ ഒരു ചതുര ശ്രീകോവിലുണ്ട്, കൂടാതെ ഉപദേവതാ പ്രതിഷ്ഠകളും കാണാം. പ്രധാന ഉപദേവത ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണനാണ്. ശിവരാത്രി എന്ന പ്രധാന വിശേഷ ദിവസത്തിൽ, ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾ ഗംഭീരമായി നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. ദേവിക്ക് പൊങ്കാലയും അർപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
