Pallikkavu Devi Temple is a revered shrine located in Vaduthala, near Pachalam Railway Gate, just 3 kilometers from Ernakulam Town Railway Station.

Additionally, the temple hosts various important rituals and festivals, including the special poojas on Thiruvathira day in the month of Dhanu, Maha Shivaratri and Makam Thozhal in Kumbham, Naga Pooja in Kanni, Ramayana Masacharanam in Karkidakam, and the ritualistic Kalamezhuthu Pattu dedicated to the serpent deities. Devotees from various regions gather at the temple to participate in these sacred ceremonies.
