Kuttamath Bhagavathy Temple, dedicated to the Mother Goddess, is located on the Cheruvathur-Kayyur Road in Cheruvathur, Kasaragod, Kerala.

കാസർഗോഡ് ജില്ലയിലെ ചെറുവത്തൂരിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന അതിപുരാതന ദേവീക്ഷേത്രമാണ് കുട്ടമത്ത് ശ്രീ ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രം. ചെറുവത്തൂർ-കയ്യൂർ റോഡിന് സമീപമാണ് ഈ പ്രസിദ്ധ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
മലയാള മാസമായ മകരത്തിലെ 13 മുതൽ 16 വരെ (ജനുവരി രണ്ടാം പകുതി) ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന വാർഷിക തെയ്യം ഉത്സവം ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന പ്രത്യേകതയാണ്. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പ്രശസ്തമായ തെയ്യങ്ങൾ ബാലി, രക്ത ചാമുണ്ടി, അങ്കകുലംഗര ഭാഗവതി, മടയിൽ ചാമുണ്ടി, വിഷ്ണുമൂർത്തി, പൊട്ടൻ തെയ്യം എന്നിവ.
