Chathara Devi Temple is situated in Tudayannur along the Kanjirathummudu - Mannur - Anchal road within the Kollam district, and it is dedicated to the goddess Devi.
Chathara Devi Temple is an ancient and revered shrine, where devotees seek blessings for prosperity, fulfillment of desires, and protection from all forms of evil. It is believed that those who have darshan in the divine presence of Devi, known for her powerful Chaitanya, and where rituals are performed according to divine will, are blessed with both material prosperity and spiritual enlightenment.
The temple is located near the Aratakandappan Temple. During the annual Pongala Samarpanam, which coincides with the temple festival, thousands of female devotees gather to offer prayers and seek the blessings of the goddess.

ചാത്തറ ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രം അരതകണ്ഠപ്പൻ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് സമീപമാണ് സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്. ക്ഷേത്രോത്സവത്തോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് ഓരോ ആണ്ടും നടത്തുന്ന പൊങ്കാല സമർപ്പണത്തിന് ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് സ്ത്രീഭക്തർ ദേവിയുടെ അനുഗ്രഹത്തിനായി ഇവിടെ എത്തിച്ചേരുന്നു.
