Arinallur Pattakkadavu is a quaint village situated within the Chavara block of the Kollam district. It is home to the Mottakkal Bharanikavu Devi Temple.
The temple is located along the Chavara - Shastamkotta road, approximately 4.5 km from Shastamkotta. Bharnikavillamma, the divine mother who answers the call of her devotees, resides in the sacred land of Pattakkadav Motakkal. Every day, thousands of devotees come to seek her blessings. The temple offers devotees the darshan of Goddess Durga, drawing worshippers from far and wide for her grace and protection.
കോവൂർ മൊട്ടക്കൽ ഭരണിക്കാവ് ദേവീ ക്ഷേത്രം
കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ ചവറ ബ്ലോക്കിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു ചെറിയ ഗ്രാമമാണ് അരിനല്ലൂർ പട്ടക്കടവ്. ഇവിടെ മൊട്ടക്കൽ ഭരണിക്കാവ് ദേവി ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. ചവറ - ശാസ്‌താംകോട്ട റോഡിന്റെ സമീപത്താണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം. ശാസ്‌താംകോട്ടയിൽ നിന്നും 4.5 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് ക്ഷേത്രം.മനസ്സിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ വിളിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന അമ്മയാണ് അവിടെ. പട്ടക്കടവിലെ മൊട്ടക്കൽ പുണ്യഭൂമിയിൽ ഭരണിക്കാവിലമ്മയെ കാണാൻ ദിവസേന ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ഭക്തർ എത്തുന്നു. വിളിച്ചാൽ വിളിപ്പുറത്തെത്തുന്ന ദുർഗ്ഗാദേവിയുടെ രൂപത്തിൽ ഭക്തർ ദേവി ദർശനം നേടുന്നു.
