Thrikkarthikavilakku, a traditional festival, is celebrated at the Minnamthottil Devi Temple during Meena Masam. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ ചവറ പന്മനയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രശസ്തമായ മിന്നാം തോട്ടിൽ ശ്രീ ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രം, ശ്രീ ഭദ്രകാളി ദേവിക്കായി സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ബ്രഹ്മസ്വരൂപിണി, ശോകനാശിനി, സർവൈശ്വര്യപ്രദായിനി, ഭക്തരിൽ അഭീഷ്ടവരദായിനി എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ സാന്നിധ്യം, നാട്ടുകാരുടെയും നാടിന്റെ ശ്രേയസ്സും യശസ്സും നാൾക്കുനാൾ വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ്. നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകളായി നിലനിന്ന ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം തിരുവിതാംകൂറിലെ ഭദ്രകാളി ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ ഏറെ പ്രശസ്തമാണ്. ശ്രീ ഭഗവതിയെ പ്രധാന ദേവതയായി കണക്കാക്കുന്നതിന് പുറമെ, ഗണപതി, മാടൻ തമ്പുരാൻ, യോഗീശ്വരൻ, ബ്രഹ്മരക്ഷസ്, യക്ഷിയമ്മ, നാഗരാജാവ്, നാഗയക്ഷി എന്നിവരുടെ പ്രതിഷ്‌ഠകളും ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.
ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പറയ്ക്കെഴുന്നള്ളം മകരമാസത്തിൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നു. ചെറുശ്ശേരിഭാഗം, മേക്കാട്, കളരി, ചിറ്റൂർ എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള പറയുകൾക്കുശേഷം, തോറ്റംപാട്ട് ആരംഭിക്കും. തോറ്റംപാട്ടിന്റെ 15-ാം ദിവസത്തിൽ, ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ബാലികമാരുടെ താലപ്പൊലിയോടുകൂടിയ എതിരേൽപ്പ് മഹോത്സവം നടക്കുകയും, ഇരുപത്തിയൊന്നാം ദിവസത്തിൽ ഗുരുസിയോടുകൂടിയുള്ള തോറ്റംപാട്ട് ഉത്സവം സമാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. ശ്രീ ഭഗവതിയുടെ തിരുഉത്സവം പന്മന മിന്നാംതോട്ടിൽ മീനമാസത്തിലെ അശ്വതി, ഭരണി നാളുകളിൽ ആഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. 9 ദിവസം നീണ്ടുനിൽക്കുന്ന മീനഭരണി മഹോത്സവം പ്രത്യേക പൂജകളോടുകൂടി ഭക്തിയോടെ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.
ഉത്സവത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അശ്വതിപൊങ്കാല, കെട്ടുകാഴ്ച, വിവിധ കലാപരിപാടികൾ, താലപ്പൊലി, അന്നദാനം എന്നിവയും ശ്രദ്ധേയമാണ്.
മീനമാസത്തിലെ രോഹിണി നാളിൽ പുനഃപ്രതിഷ്‌ഠാ വാർഷികം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു. എല്ലാ മാസത്തെയും അവസാനത്തെ ഞായറാഴ്‌ച നാരങ്ങാ വിളക്കും ഭരണിനാളിൽ മഹാഗണപതിഹോമവും, ഭഗവതിസേവയും, രേവതിനാളിൽ മഹാലക്ഷ്മീ പൂജയും നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. കന്നിമാസത്തിലെ ശ്രീമദ് ഭാഗവത സപ്‌താഹവും ആയില്യം പൂജയും ഇവിടെ പ്രത്യേക ശ്രദ്ധ നേടുന്നു.
