Keralapuram Poojappura Subramanya Swami temple is situated in Edavattom - Keralapuram along the Kollam-Tirumangalam Road within the Kollam district.
The shrine is dedicated to Sree Subrahmanian and features a distinctive sreekovil adorned with exquisite sculptures. The roof of the sreekovil deviates from the conventional design found in traditional Kerala temples. Within the sanctum sanctorum, a standing murti of Subramanya has been consecrated. The temple boasts a well-maintained chuttambalam and several shrines dedicated to upa devatas. The entrance is embellished with vilakku and a grand kodimaram . Significant festivals celebrated at the temple include Thaipooyam, the annual festival in July, Skanda Sashti during Thulam masam, and Thrikarthika in Vrischikam. The temple's festivals are renowned for their vibrant Kavadi, Shoolam, processions, caparisoned elephants, traditional temple art forms, Thalapoli, melam, and various other forms of temple music.

കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ശ്രീ സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യ സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രം കേരളപുരം പൂജപ്പുര എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്നു. ദേശീയപാത 744 കടന്നുപോകുന്ന ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് - കേരളപുരം ഭാഗത്താണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്, എടവട്ടം എന്ന പ്രദേശത്താണ് സ്ഥാനം. ഇവിടെ പ്രധാന പ്രതിഷ്ഠയായ സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യനാണ്, കൂടാതെ 'പൂജപ്പുരേശ്വരൻ' എന്ന പേരിലും അറിയപ്പെടുന്നു.
എല്ലാ സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യ ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിലെയും പോലെ, തൈപ്പൂയമാണ് ഇവിടെ പ്രധാന ആഘോഷം. ഈ ദിവസം പറക്കും കാവടി, കാവടിയാട്ടം, മയിലാട്ടം തുടങ്ങിയ കലാപരിപാടികളും പ്രത്യേക പൂജകളും നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. പങ്കുനി ഉത്രം, ഷഷ്ടി, ത്രികാർത്തിക, തൈപ്പൂയം, ആയില്യം, അശ്വതി (കളഭാഭിഷേകം) എന്നിവയാണ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ മറ്റ് പ്രധാന ദിവസങ്ങൾ. ചന്ദനത്തോപ്പ് റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ നിന്ന് 2 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയാണ് പൂജപ്പുര സുബ്രഹ്മണ്യസ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രം.
