The nine-day Makarathiruvathira Thirunal Mahotsavam at Poruvahy Kurumbakara Thripadapuram Swayambhu Sri Mahadevar Temple is a grand festival celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm during the Malayalam month of Makaram.
