ശ്രീ പരബ്രഹ്മോദയ ക്ഷേത്രം, പടനിലം വെസ്റ്റ്
ഉമയനല്ലൂർ, കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയിലെ മയ്യനാട് പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രധാന കേന്ദ്രമാണ്. ഇവിടെ പടനിലം ശ്രീ പരബ്രമോദയ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തേക്കുള്ള ദേശീയ പാത 47-നടുത്താണ് ഉമയനല്ലൂർ ജംഗ്ഷൻ. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരം ഉമയനല്ലൂരിൽ നിന്നും 1.3 കിലോമീറ്റർ മാത്രമാണ്, മേവറം ജംഗ്ഷനിൽ നിന്ന് നടക്കാവുന്ന ദൂരം കൂടിയാണ്. ഓച്ചിറയിലെ പരമാത്മാ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന് സമാനമായ രീതിയിലാണ് ഇവിടെ ക്ഷേത്രാചാരം നടത്തുന്നത്.
പ്രത്യേകമായ ശ്രീകോവിലോ, അമ്പലമോ, മറ്റ് നിർമ്മിതികളോ ഇല്ല. വലിയൊരു ആൽത്തറയാണ് ഇവിടെ ക്ഷേത്രസങ്കല്പം.
ഹൈന്ദവ ധർമ്മത്തിലെ "ഈശ്വരൻ" എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന "പരമാത്മാവ്" അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അരൂപമായ "നിർഗുണ പരബ്രഹ്മം" ആണ് ഇവിടെ ആരാധനാമൂർത്തി. ശ്രീകോവിലില്ലാത്ത, പ്രതിഷ്ഠയില്ലാത്ത മൂലസ്ഥാനത്തിന്റെ ചുറ്റുപാടുകളിൽ ത്രിശൂലങ്ങൾ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ഇവിടെ ഭസ്മം പ്രസാദമായി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
