Parekkavu Devi Temple Aimkompu Kottayam

The principal deity worshipped at the temple is Bhadrakali, accompanied by several sub-deities including Ganapati, Shiva Parvati, Yakshi, Bhagavathi, Nagas, and Rakshasas. The Devaswom encompasses the NSS Kara Yogas of Aimcombu and Ezhacheri, which are responsible for the temple's administration.

Recently, with the blessings of Bhagwati, the temple has experienced a surge in devotion, bolstered by the generous contributions of devotees and the temple administration. This temple boasts a history of 500 years. The primary offerings include Arunazhipayasam and Vattaka Guruthi. Furthermore, on the Bharani day of each month, special poojas, satsangs, and Annadaanam, collectively referred to as Bharanioottu, are held. The Mahasarvaishwarya Pooja takes place on every Pathamudayam day, while Meenabharani stands out as the principal festival of the temple.

ഐങ്കൊമ്പ് പാറേക്കാവ് ദേവീക്ഷേത്രം കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ പാലായിൽ നിന്നും ഏകദേശം 9 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെ, തൊടുപുഴ റോഡിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു. ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യ പ്രതിഷ്ട ഭദ്രകാളിയാണ്. ഗണപതി, ശിവപാർവതി, യക്ഷി, ഭഗവതി, നാഗങ്ങൾ, രക്ഷസ്സ് എന്നിവ ഉപപ്രതിഷ്ടകളായി ആരാധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ദേവസ്വം ഭരണസമിതിയിൽ ഐങ്കൊമ്പ്, ഏഴാച്ചേരി എന്നീ കരകളിലെ എൻ.എസ്സ്.എസ്സ് കരയോഗങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു, എന്നാൽ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥാവകാശം മണക്കാട് ഇല്ലക്കാരിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.

ശ്രീ ഐങ്കൊമ്പ് പാറേക്കാവ് ദേവീക്ഷേത്രം ദേവീസങ്കൽപത്തിലെ ഒരു പ്രധാന ക്ഷേത്രമാണ്. ഭക്തജനങ്ങൾ ദേവിയുടെ അനുഗ്രഹം തേടിയെത്തുമ്പോൾ, അവർക്കു അഭയം, അനുഗ്രഹം, അഭിവൃദ്ധി എന്നിവ നൽകുന്നു. 500 വർഷത്തിലേറെ പഴക്കമുള്ള ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ പ്രധാനമായ വഴിപാടുകൾ അറുനാഴിപായസം, വട്ടക ഗുരുതി എന്നിവയാണ്.

എല്ലാ മാസത്തിലെ ഭരണി നാളിൽ പ്രത്യേക പൂജകൾ, സത്സംഗം, ഭരണിയൂട്ടെന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന അന്നദാനവും നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. എല്ലാ പത്താമുദയ ദിവസവും മഹാസർവൈശ്വര്യ പൂജയും നടത്തുന്നു. മീനഭരണിയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ഉത്സവം. നവരാത്രി, മണ്ഡല മഹോത്സവം എന്നിവയും ഭക്തിയോടെ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു.
