Amanakara Bharatha Swamy temple is situated in Ramapuram, approximately 20 kilometers from Pala in the state of Kerala. The principal deity worshipped at this temple is Bharatha Swamy, who is recognized as the brother of Lord Sree Rama.
Amanakara Bharatha Swamy Temple is one of the Nalambalam temples situated in Kottayam District, dedicated to the deities Sri Rama, Bharata, Lakshmana, and Shatrughna. It is believed that the principal murti within the shrine was established approximately 1500 years ago by a Yogi.
The primary deity worshipped at this temple is Bharatha Swamy, the brother of Bhagavan Sri Ram, and the idol is oriented towards the west. Additionally, on the northern side of the temple, there exists a Shiva temple that faces east.
The temple's annual festival takes place during the month of Medam, spanning six days. This celebration commences with kodiyettam on the Anizham Nakshatra day and concludes with Arattu on the Thiruvonam Nakshatra day. The principal offerings made at the temple include Shankh, Palpayasam, and Thulasi mala.

കർക്കിടക മാസത്തിൽ ദശരഥപുത്രന്മാരായ ശ്രീരാമൻ, ഭരതൻ, ലക്ഷ്മണൻ, ശത്രുഘ്നൻ എന്നിവരുടെ ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിലേക്ക് നടത്തുന്ന തീർഥാടനമാണ് നാലമ്പല യാത്ര, ഇത് കർക്കിടക മാസത്തിലെ ദുരിതങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും രോഗബാധകളിൽ നിന്നും രക്ഷ നേടാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നതായാണ് വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നത്.
ഈ തീർഥയാത്രയിൽ ശ്രീരാമൻ, ഭരതൻ, ലക്ഷ്മണൻ, ശത്രുഘ്നൻ എന്നിവരെ ഒരേ ദിവസം ദർശനം നടത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. മേടമാസത്തിൽ അനിഴം നാളിൽ കൊടിയേറി തിരുവോണത്തിന് ആറാട്ടോടുകൂടി 6 ദിവസങ്ങളോളം ക്ഷേത്രോത്സവം നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. പ്രധാന മൂർത്തിയായ ഭരതസ്വാമിയോടൊപ്പം ഗണപതി, ശിവൻ, യക്ഷി, സർപ്പം എന്നിവയുടെ ഉപദേവതകളുടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠകളും ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്.
