Nayattupara Ganapati Temple is yet another temple managed by the Koyikkal Devaswom.
Nayattupara Ganapathi Temple is situated in Panachippara, approximately 3.5 kilometers from Poonjar Erattupetta in the Kottayam district. It is recognized as the smallest temple within the Poonjar dynasty and houses an idol of Lord Ganesha. Nearby, Nayattupara, referred to as the Hunting Rock, is located in proximity to the SMV Higher Secondary School in Poonjar.

കോയിക്കൽ ദേവസ്വത്തിന്റെ പരിധിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റൊരു ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് നായാട്ടുപാറ ഗണപതി ക്ഷേത്രം. കോട്ടയം ജില്ലയിലെ പൂഞ്ഞാർ ഈരാറ്റുപേട്ടയിൽ നിന്നും 3.5 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള പനച്ചിപ്പാറയിൽ ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു.
പൂഞ്ഞാർ രാജകുടുംബത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ചെറിയ ക്ഷേത്രമായ ഈ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഗണപതി വിഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ട്. പൂഞ്ഞാറിലെ എസ്എംവി ഹയർസെക്കൻഡറി സ്കൂളിന്റെ സമീപത്താണ് നായാട്ടുപാറ, അതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം വേട്ടയാടാനുള്ള പാറ എന്നാണ്.
