Kunnathara Thrikkovil Maha Vishnu Temple is located about 4 kilometers from Kozhikode town.
"Koti Archana" (a ritual of offering one crore names of Lord Vishnu) performed at this temple is considered highly auspicious and powerful in the age of Kaliyuga. Thousands of devotees gather here to chant the divine names of Lord Narayana and offer flowers at the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu.
Along with flowers, devotees also offer oil and clay lamps as part of their worship.
During the Archana, devotees pray with deep concentration for hours, creating an atmosphere filled with devotion and spiritual energy. When the count of Archana reaches one crore, the entire ambiance transforms into a divine experience. Participating in such a sacred ritual is believed to be a highly meritorious act.

കോഴിക്കോട് ടൗണിൽ നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം നാലു കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള കുന്നത്തറയിൽ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് കുന്നത്തറ തൃക്കോവിൽ മഹാവിഷ്ണു ക്ഷേത്രം. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്ന “കോടി അർച്ചന” കലി യുഗത്തിൽ അതിയായ ഫലപ്രദമായ ഒരു വഴിപാടായി വിശ്വസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
ഭഗവാൻ നാരായണന്റെ പാദകമലങ്ങളിൽ പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ അർപ്പിച്ച് ആയിരക്കണക്കിന് ഭക്തർ അനുഗ്രഹം തേടുന്ന ഈ ചടങ്ങ്, ഏവരിലും ആഴമുള്ള ഭക്താനുഭൂതി ഉണർത്തുന്നു.എണ്ണ, ഓട് വിളക്ക്, പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ സമർപ്പിച്ച് ഭക്തർ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കുന്ന അർച്ചനയുടെ സമയത്ത് മണിക്കൂറുകളോളം ഒരൊറ്റ മനസ്സായി പ്രാർത്ഥനയിൽ ലീനരാവുകയാണ്.
