Sree Sankara Narayana Temple Ramanattukara Kozhikode

It is a very ancient temple. The main deity of the temple is Lord Shankaranarayana, a unique combined form where Lord Shiva (Shankara) is depicted on the right side with his mount Nandi, and Lord Vishnu (Narayana) is on the left side with his mount Garuda. Sree Sankara Narayana Temple is revered for its representation of the harmonious union of Shiva and Vishnu, symbolizing the synthesis of their energies and attributes.
