Chinmaya Tapovan Sri Guruvayurappan Temple, located in Palakkad City, Kerala, near Victoria College and on the way to the renowned Malampuzha Garden, is considered one of the must-visit temples in South India.
Managed by the Central Chinmaya Mission Trust, Mumbai, the temple’s spiritual guidance is led by Swami Aseshanandaji. In addition to the sanctum of Lord Guruvayurappan, the temple is known for its exquisite mural paintings on the walls and a serene meditation center.
Every day, hundreds of devotees of Lord Krishna from across India come here to seek blessings. Just opposite the temple lies the Neerattu Ganapathy Temple, also well-known for bestowing siddhi (spiritual accomplishments) and wealth.

സെൻട്രൽ ചിന്മയ മിഷൻ ട്രസ്റ്റിൻ്റെ കീഴിലാണു ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നത്. നിരവധി ആദ്ധ്യാത്മിക സത്സംഗങ്ങൾ സംഘടിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ചിന്മയ തപോവൻ ഹാളാണ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ആകർഷണങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്ന്. ഇവിടെ കുറച്ച് നേരം ഇരുന്നാൽ പോലും മനസ്സിൽ നിറയുന്ന ശാന്തി അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നതായി അനവധി ഭക്തർ പറയുന്നു.
ശ്രീ ഗുരുവായൂരപ്പൻറെ അനുഗ്രഹമായ അത്ഭുതാനുഭവങ്ങൾ പങ്കുവെക്കാൻ ഇവിടെ എത്തുന്ന ഭക്തർക്കിടയിൽ ഏറെയുണ്ട്. എല്ലാ വർഷവും ജനുവരി 23നാണ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠാദിനം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്. ജനുവരി 15നു ആരംഭിച്ച് 16നു ശ്രീമദ് തപോവനസ്വാമി സമാധിദിനത്തിൽ കോടി അർച്ചനയോടെ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിക്കുകയും വിവിധ ആരാധനകളും സാംസ്കാരിക പരിപാടികളും നടക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.
