Kizhakkedath Sree Subrahmania Swami Temple is a renowned temple located in Keezhvaipur, within the Pathanamthitta District, dedicated to Lord Subrahmania.
Thiruvulsam at the Sree Subrahmania Swami temple takes place over a period of ten days, commencing with the Malayalam star Krithika in the month of Dhanu. Devotees from various regions gather on the day of Kodiyett to receive the blessings of Deshathipathy on this significant occasion.
The unique aspect of this temple is the representation of the child and youth forms of Lord Muruga, which are positioned on both the eastern and western sides within a single sreekovil, a rarity in Kerala. Another notable event is "Skanthashashti," during which thousands of devotees assemble to seek blessings on the first Shashti of the month of Thulam.
