Bhagavathi temple known as Manippuzha Sri Bhagavathi Temple is located in Podiyadi, approximately 3.2 kilometers from Thiruvalla in the Pathanamthitta district.
Manippuzha Bhagavathi is regarded as the local deity and is celebrated extensively on all special occasions. Various rituals and festivities are observed, including Bhagavata Saptaham, Akhandanama Japa, the recitation of Ramayana during the month of Karkidakam, Ganapati Homa, Bhagavathi Seva, Vinayaka Chaturthi, Mahaganapati Homa, and special pujas during the month of Kanni.
Additionally, Devi Bhagavata Parayana and specific worship for Ayyappa during the Mandala season are conducted. On Tuesdays and Fridays, devotees perform special rituals such as Guruthi, offer Pushpanjali to the deity, and conduct Sarvaiswarya Puja, all with deep devotion, seeking blessings from the goddess before returning home.

പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ലയിൽ തിരുവല്ലയിൽ നിന്ന് 3.2 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന പുരാതന ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് മണിപ്പുഴ ശ്രീ ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രം. മണിപ്പുഴ ഭഗവതി ദേശദേവതയാണ്. എല്ലാ വിശേഷദിവസങ്ങളിലും ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ വിപുലമായ ആഘോഷങ്ങൾ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു.
ഭാഗവത സപ്താഹം, അഖണ്ഡനാമജപം, കർക്കിടക മാസത്തിൽ രാമയണം വായന, ഗണപതി ഹോമം, ഭഗവതി സേവ, വിനായക ചതുർത്ഥി, മഹാഗണപതി ഹോമം, കന്നി മാസത്തിൽ പൂജവയ്പ്, ദേവീ ഭാഗവത പാരായണം, മണ്ഡലക്കാലത്ത് അയ്യപ്പനു പ്രത്യേക പൂജകൾ, ചൊവ്വാഴ്ചയും വെള്ളിയാഴ്ചകളിലും പ്രത്യേകമായി ഗുരുതി, ദേവിക്ക് പുഷ്പാഞ്ജലി, സർവൈശ്വര്യ പൂജ എന്നിവ ഭക്തിയോടെ നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നു. ഭക്തജനങ്ങൾ ദേവിയെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ച് അനുഗ്രഹം വാങ്ങി മടങ്ങുന്നു.
