Sree Achamkulangara Siva Temple, located on Poothole Road in Poothole, Thrissur, Kerala, is a sacred temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism.

പൂത്തോളിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന പൂത്തോൾ റോഡിലുള്ള ശ്രീ അച്ചംകുളങ്ങര ശിവ ക്ഷേത്രം ഭഗവാൻ ശിവനെ പ്രധാന പ്രതിഷ്ഠയായിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു പുണ്യക്ഷേത്രമാണ്. ഹിന്ദുമതത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ദേവന്മാരിൽ ഒരാളായ ഭഗവാൻ ശിവൻ ദുഷ്ടന്മാരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുന്നവനും സംഹാരത്തിന്റെ മൂർത്തിയുമാണ്.
മഹാശിവരാത്രിയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ പ്രധാന ഉത്സവം, അതി വിശേഷപ്പെട്ട സമർപ്പണങ്ങളും അഭിഷേകങ്ങളും രാത്രിയൊന്നായി നടത്തുന്ന ഭക്തിപൂർണ്ണ ചടങ്ങുകളും ഇതിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ച് നടക്കുന്നു. ധനുമാസത്തിലെ തിരുവാതിരയും ഇവിടെ ആചാരപരമായി ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നു. പ്രദോഷം ഭഗവാന്റെ കൃപയെ നേടാൻ ഉചിതമായ ദിനമായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു.
