Kalliyoor Sri Dharmashasta Temple (കല്ലിയൂര്‍ ശ്രീ ധര്‍മ്മശാസ്താ ക്ഷേത്രം ( ശാസ്താംകോവിൽ നട )) is graced by the divine presence of Kaliyugavaradan and Abhisthasiddhipradayaka Sri Dharmashasta. This revered deity safeguards the entire area and contributes to the prosperity of the nation.
The temple serves as a sanctuary for countless devotees. The temple is located 1.6 kilometers from Keleswaram. It is advisable to engage in mindful meditation on Shani's deity, Dharamshasta, to seek relief from all adversities. Observing fasts and visiting the Shasta temple on Saturdays, along with making offerings and reciting meditation mantras, is considered beneficial.
Neeranjanam is the primary offering at the temple, which involves placing broken coconuts filled with sesame seeds and sesame oil before the Shasta and lighting lamps. The combination of sesame oil and sesame is believed to alleviate afflictions. Devotees hold the conviction that this offering, made in honor of Shasta, the Lord of Saturn, is particularly effective in dispelling the negative influences of Shanidasha, Ejarashani, Kandakashani, and Ashtamashani, thereby fostering peace and prosperity.
