Manacaud Sree Dharma Sastha Temple is situated approximately 500 meters from Kizhakkekotta in Thiruvananthapuram. This temple is one of the ancient Sastha temples and is recognized as one of the 108 Sastha temples in Kerala. Notably, the sreekovil of this temple is without a roof. The deity worshipped here is known as swayambhu, with the sankalpam representing Bala Sastha. Additionally, the Upa Devatas honored in the temple include Shiva, Ganapathy, Yakshi, Nagar, and Madan. The temple's annual festival lasts for eight days and concludes with the Arattu ceremony on Uthradam nakshatra during the month of Kumbham.

തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് കിഴക്കേക്കോട്ടയിൽ നിന്ന് 500 മീറ്റർ അകലെയാണു മണക്കാട് ശ്രീ ധർമ്മ ശാസ്താ ക്ഷേത്രം സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നത്. കേരളത്തിലെ 108 ശാസ്താ ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നായി പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം വളരെ പുരാതനമായതാണ്. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ശ്രീകോവിലിന് മേൽക്കൂരയില്ല. ശാസ്താവിന്റെ സ്വയംഭൂവായ രൂപമാണ് ഇവിടെ ആരാധിക്കപ്പെടുന്നത്. ബാല ശാസ്താവിന്റെ ആശയമാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനമെന്ന് പറയാം. ശിവൻ, ഗണപതി, യക്ഷി, നാഗർ, മാടൻ എന്നിവയാണ് ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ഉപദേവതകൾ.
ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ വാർഷിക ഉത്സവം 8 ദിവസങ്ങളോളം ആഘോഷിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു, ഇത് കുംഭമാസത്തിൽ നടക്കുന്നു. തൃക്കൊടിയേറ്റോടെ ആരംഭിച്ച്, കുംഭമാസത്തിലെ ഉത്രാടം നക്ഷത്രത്തിലെ ആറാട്ടോടെ സമാപിക്കും.
