Keezhatingal Sri Mulliankavu Bhadrakali Devi Temple is a revered ancient and historic site situated in Keezhatingal, approximately three kilometers from Attingal town in the Thiruvananthapuram district.
The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhadrakali. The annual Thiru Utsavam of Keezhatingal Sri Mulliankavu Bhadrakali Devi Temple is celebrated for a duration of seven days during the month of Kumbham, overseen by Temple Thantri Thiruvananthapuram Kollur Athiyara Madathil Brahmashree Krishnaprashanth Nilakantararu, who concludes the festivities with Gurusi, followed by Trikodiyirakkam. The festival features special pujadi rituals, Kappuketti kudiyiruthu, Thotampattu, cultural gatherings, various artistic performances, processions, Pongala, Parakkezhunnallathu, Mulliankavu Sadya, and the subsequent ceremonial fire-crackers, all of which are significant attractions of the event.
During the Navarathri festival in the month of Kanni, a considerable number of children visit the temple to commence their ezhuthiniruthu on Vijayadashami day. Other notable occasions at Sri Mulliankavu Bhadrakali Temple include Vishukani in the month of Medam, Karthika vilakku, Srimadbhagavatha Saptahayajna, Mandala Mahotsavam in the month of Vrischikam, Aadi chovva, and Ramayana month in Karkkitakam, as well as Makara-Chovva.

ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ വാർഷിക തിരുവുത്സവം കുംഭമാസത്തിൽ 7 ദിവസങ്ങളിലായി താന്ത്രിക രീതികളോടെ ആചരിക്കുന്നു. തിരുവുത്സവം ശ്രീ തന്ത്രി കൊല്ലൂർ അത്തിയറ മഠത്തിലെ ബ്രഹ്മശ്രീ കൃഷ്ണപ്രശാന്ത് നീലകണ്ഠരരുടെ കാർമ്മികത്വത്തിലാണ് നടത്തപ്പെടുന്നത്. കാപ്പുകെട്ടി കുടിയിരുത്തൽ, തോറ്റൻപാട്ട്, സാംസ്കാരിക സമ്മേളനം, കലാപരിപാടികൾ, ഘോഷയാത്രകൾ, പൊങ്കാല, പറക്കെഴുന്നള്ളത്ത്, സദ്യ, വെടിക്കെട്ട് തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉത്സവത്തിന്റെ പ്രധാന ആകർഷണങ്ങളാണ്.
